Award description:
The Chancellor’s Service Spotlight showcases outstanding customer service of an LSU staff employee demonstrated through excellence in their communication and job performance. This recognition shall be granted to staff employees based on nominations accepted through the LSU Staff Senate membership. The recipient shall receive recognition at a Staff Senate meeting and notification from the Chancellor’s office.
Spotlight Criteria:
1. An LSU staff employee who has demonstrated exemplary job performance while maintaining an exceptionally positive attitude.
2. Demonstrated outstanding service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
3. Created an atmosphere of welcome while remaining focused on the needs of the many constituents of LSU.
4. Nominee exemplifies a commitment to the LSU community through demonstrated high standards of integrity and respect of others.
