The Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in the School of Kinesiology at Louisiana State University currently maintains "accreditation" status through the " Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education Programs " (CAATE). The program achieved re-affirmation of accreditation in 2008-09 academic year. The program will undergo an extensive re-accreditation review process during the 2018-19 academic year. The education program provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to sit for the Board of Certification, Inc. (BOC, Inc.) Certification examination. |
