The B.S. in Athletic Training is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE).
The K-12 Health and Physical Education concentration within the B.S. in Kinesiology is nationally recognized by the National Association for Physical Education and Sport/American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance as a the Specialized Professional Association of the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation.
The School of Kinesiology engages in a continuous cycle of assessment to evaluate progress toward achieving the goals of our strategic plan and to guide efforts to improve our programs. We assess student learning outcomes, faculty productivity, development of resources, and engagement in the community.
