Campus Upcoming Events!
Be a part of Geaux BIG Baton Rouge, LSU's largest day of community service. On April 20, 2013, students will volunteer in the local community completing projects like painting houses, cleaning, yard work, etc. Students and community members can sign up as teams or as individuals. Teams can have up to 15 people.
Weight Watchers on Campus
Since June of 2012, faculty, staff, and students from all over campus have been meeting in the Walk Room in the Engineering Lab Annex on Wednesdays. Weigh‐in is at 11:30 a.m. followed by a meeting at noon which ends promptly at 12:30 p.m. These dedicated members have made small, sustainable lifestyle changes that have helped them move closer to a personal goal. Collectively the group has lost 500+ pounds. To find out how you, too, can feel healthier, contact Ellen Stevens at 225-341-0162 for program details.
