Field Experiences
The Office of Field Experiences coordinates field and clinical experiences for P-12 teaching candidates in the School of Education initial certification programs, including collaborative secondary concentrations in the College of Humanities & Social Sciences and the College of Science.
Functions of the Office of Field Experiences include:
- Ensuring that program, University, state, and national standards are met during clinical experiences
- Providing a support system for university faculty who guide teaching candidates
- Serving as a primary link between University and school partners who provide field experiences in multiple and diverse school settings
